Continue to use lemon on your toe(at least once a day) but chemicals are chemicals your must have patients it will take at least 6 months before you'll see a difference.
scrub scrub scrub with washcloth or good 'scrubber'/exfoliant. Same thing happened to me - looked like I had been walking in red clay.
Leave it to nature.
Trim as the toe nail as it grows. In no time, the tint would have grown out.
Try tooth paste.
Rubbing alcohol
