Anyone who has had a spray tan!?

I'm getting one today for homecoming on saturday, but i'm scared i'm gonna turn out orange!! my mom wont let me go regular tanning so i thought a spray tan would be good. anything i should know? do you recommend it? does it make you orange? ahhhhAnyone who has had a spray tan!?
well the one where the person sprays u, usually doesnt last that long and it can be streaky and uneven.. i mean it looks good at first but then it jus looks gross after a couple of days. ive never had one but my friend has...she looked ';dirty'; after like 3 or 4 days. i would suggest a mystic tan which is what i do...





but a couple tips r.


*take a shower no more than 2 hours before u go for ur tan. make sure u shave and do all that before u get ur tan b/c shaving makes it fade faster.





*ur gonna have a funny smell for the rest of the day so i would suggest going in the evening or afternoon.





*where loose fitting clothes when u go get ur tan b/c it still can rub off on ur clothes %26amp;%26amp; trust me i kno lolz





*dnt get wet or sweat up to 5hrs after u get the tan





*try 2 avoid using lotions up to two days after ur tan.. it makes the tan *** off easier u wana wait til its set in.





*if u do use lotion try the jergins w/the self tanner in it..it will help the fake tan last longer





*put sum chapstick on if they're gonna do ur face... it will make ur lips a brownish color if u dnt which isnt really noticable unless the person is right up in ur face lolz and o yea it tastes horrible





*pat dry after u get the tan

Your spray on tan will not turn you orange. The only thing is make sure you shower when you're supposed to. This washes off an residue that didn't absorb into your skin. The worst thing that can happen is if you get overheated and sweat too much, your tan could run, thus ruining your outfit. Hope I've helped...gl
If you are going to get it done, it will turn out fine, just follow the directions.





I think your mom is smart for not letting you go to a tanning salon, since Melanoma is deadly.

If you do it yourself, it's mostly really orange and patchy but getting spray tanned usually makes it even and a nice colour.
