baby oil makes you really tan but i wouldnt recommend it as you can end up in the hospital. just go out and buy banana boat tanning oil. its great!
EDIT :oh oops i thought you wrote that it IS sunny. uhmm you cant really make you own tannig spra/lotion. just go to like target or walmart or something and buy jergens tannig lotion or mousse. or another tanning spray. they are like 7 bucks so its not that bad and you can use them over and over agin for mre than one tan
